Gandhi Jayanti 2025
Gandhi Jayanti, celebrated annually on October 2nd, is a national holiday in India to honor the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. The day commemorates his pivotal role in India's independence movement and his philosophy of truth and non-violence, which he used to achieve freedom from British rule. Students from VIII and IX standards performed melodious bhajan and students from VI performed a skit on " Dandi March".Following Gandhi’s belief in personal and environmental cleanliness, a cleanliness drive was conducted by the students and teachers. Inspired by the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, students enthusiastically participated in cleaning their classrooms, corridors, and school premises. This activity was aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in everyday life.
